If you believe content hosted by Rufus infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
6. Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your contact information
2. Identification of the removed material
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
5. Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

5. False Notices

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
